Open Storefronts. For each store you sell on, check Fee % and Flat fee per sale against that store's current terms, then set Terms last checked.
Open Products and add one row per asset, plugin or pack. Fill in Status, Type, Engines supported, Storefronts, List price and Hours invested.

Hours invested drives Net per hour: how much each product earned you for every hour you put into building, listing and supporting it. It shows you what to make next.

In Sales Log, add one row per product, per store, per month (or per payout). Pick the Product and Storefront, set Period to the first day of the month, then enter Units, Gross and Refunds from the store's sales report.
In Releases, add a row for every version you ship. Review days counts how long each store review took, or how long you've been waiting. Use the Roadmap timeline to plan engine bumps.
Add storefront promotions to Sale Events with the Opt-in deadline. The Opt-in deadlines calendar and the dashboard's Upcoming sale opt-ins view show what's next.
Log every buyer message, bug or review in Support. Link it to the Product, and once it's fixed, link the Release in Fixed in. The product's Open tickets count updates automatically.
